For much of my career, I worked in the insurance industry across commercial, personal, and specialized lines. While my core focus was client advisory and portfolio management, my most engaging work always involved looking at the numbers behind the scenes—evaluating risk metrics, tracking retention trends, and organizing operational data to solve business problems.

Today, I bring that industry domain knowledge into a dedicated data analytics role. I combine practical business experience in risk, client retention, and portfolio performance with a technical toolkit that includes SQL Server, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and Python. I focus on the full data lifecycle: cleaning messy datasets, building structured relational models, and creating intuitive dashboards that turn raw numbers into clear, actionable information for decision-makers.

Outside of data analytics, I spend my time with my family, enjoying movies, and working on home improvement and woodworking projects. I bring a deliberate, detail-oriented approach to everything I work on—whether that's refining a SQL query or building something by hand.
